  5. KEEP YOUR ARMS AT YOUR SIDES, SLIGHLTY BENT ALLOW THEM TO SWING
  1. MOVE IN COUNTER-RHYTHM: LEFT ARM, RIGHT LEG RIGHT ARM, LEFT LEG
  2. BE AWARE OF YOUR BREATHING
  3. LOOK FORWARDS, NOT DOWNWARDS
  4. RELAX YOUR SHOULDERS
  5. BE AWARE OF KEEPING YOUR CHEST RAISED
